From Munich’s main train station (Hauptbahnhof), take the U2 underground train. It goes straight to the Munich Trade Fair Centre which is located directly next to the ‘Messestadt Ost’ station.
Please note: The train will stop at ‘Messestadt West’ first. Please remain on the train for one further stop until you arrive at ‘Messestadt Ost’.
On 1 October 2008, a low emission zone was introduced in Munich. Only vehicles that fulfil the EU exhaust standards are permitted to enter the city centre and require an official permit (disc-shaped sticker) that must be displayed on every vehicle’s windshield. These regulations also apply to visitors from abroad.
The sticker is only required if you travel through the city centre (within the ring road ‘Mittlerer Ring’). The Munich Trade Fair Centre is NOT in the low emission zone.
The Bavarian capital is one of Germany's most popular destinations. Set on the banks of River Isar, north of the Bavarian Alps, it offers a wealth of historical, cultural and culinary attractions.
The beautiful city centre has a unique atmosphere where old Bavarian traditions meet metropolitan flair.
We will keep you up-to-date with the latest information on CCE International, the exhibitors and the industry.
